অমন করে আমায় ডাকলে মানুষ,
হাতের মুঠো খুলে অনায়াসে দিতে পারি গোটা পৃথিবী,
নক্ষত্রের মিছিলে মুখরিত মহাকাশ,
শুক্রকে লকেট বানিয়ে পারি গাঁথতে গ্রহের বরমাল্য,
অন্ধকারে ফুটেছে দেখো লক্ষ জোনাকীর আলো,
ধূসর প্রান্তে সবুজের সমারোহ, সেগুন,জারুল, অশ্বত্থের ছায়া,পদ্মদীঘির মায়া !
অমন করে আদর পেলে মানুষ,
এগিয়ে দেই পেলব ঠোঁট, ডাকাতি তখন রন্ধে রন্ধে,
বসন ছুঁড়ে ভঙ্গীমায় ষোলটি কলা,
দীঘল কেশে বুনো ফুলে ফুলে আনন্দের বান !
অমন করে এসে দাঁড়ালে মানুষ,
আমিও ঘরছুট, পায়ের নিচে পাহাড় বিন্ধ্যাচল,
হিমালয়ে হারানোর সুখ, উড়ন্ত চিলের ডানা,
পিচের কালোয় সুখী পায়ের ছাপ, আর্দ্র বনভূমি,
সৈকতে গোল্লাছুট !
আমার মতো ভালোবাসলে মানুষ,
জেনো, হারাইনি মহাদেশ, অনন্ত ভ্রমণে ক্লান্ত শুধু ,
অপেক্ষায় পড়েনি ছেদ, না হয় কেটে যাক মহাকাল,
জন্মতিথি আর উৎসবের সংখ্যা গোনায় তখন কি বা এসে যায়!

Welcome

If the man calls me that way,
I can offer the whole world by opening my fist,
The limitless space resonates with the parade of stars,
Let me weave the laurel of the husband of the planet
With a medallion in spermatic liquid,
Look, how millions of fireflies shine obliviously!
At the dull edge, there is a lush of green-
Jarul and the teak woods,
In the shade of the banyan,
With partiality to the lotus pond!

When the man worshiped me as he did,
I would advance my graceful lips,
Tippled I had to loot the booty,
Stripped of clothing, quite inviting gestures,
The wildflowers in my long hair bring loads of fun!

If people come to stop near me like that,
I am a fugitive too, under my feet
The mountains of Vindhya.
The satisfaction of losing in the Himalayas,
The wings of flying kites,
Feeling happy feet on the dark pitch,
Wet Rainforest, "Gollachhut" at the beach!

If the man would like as I do,
Remember, I did not lose the land mass,
Exhausted because of endless journeys,
No conclusion to my break;
No regrets if eternity slips,
No need to count the birthday parties or festivals!
