দেখতে দেখতে আরেকটা দিন চলে গেলো।
আমি বিলাসবহুল শপিংমলের পাশে দাঁড়িয়ে আছি।
নিজেকে আসলে হতচ্ছাড়া মনে হচ্ছে। কোনো কারণ ছাড়াই তা অনুভব করছি। হুম, এই তো একটু আগেও কতকিছু ঘটে গেলো, আমার কাজ ছিলো দাঁড়িয়ে দাঁড়িয়ে দেখা, একটা পূর্ণদৈর্ঘ্য ছায়াছবির টুকরো অংশ বলা যেতে পারে।
যাকগে নাক না গলিয়ে উটপাখি হওয়ার চেষ্টা করছিলাম,এবং সফল ভাবে তা হয়ে গেলাম।
মুঠোফোনে ক্ষুদেবার্তা আসলো।
বন্ধু দিবসের শুভেচ্ছা দিচ্ছে কেউ। তার বোধহয় জানাই ছিলো না আজকে বন্ধু দিবস না।
তবুও কোনো একজনের মনে পড়াতে ভালোই লাগছে,
কেউ একজন তো মনে রেখেছে, এতসব অশান্তির মধ্যেও। হেসে পকেটে মোবাইল রেখে কিছু হলুদ আলো গিলছিলাম আর রাতপোকাদের গান শুনছিলাম। আমাকে ছুঁয়ে গেলো না শহরের এইসকল ব্যতিব্যস্ত সময়গুলো। ছুঁয়ে গেলো না উন্মাতাল রাজপথ, ছুঁয়ে গেলো শুধু ভুলে যাওয়া গল্পের মনে পড়ে যাওয়া লাইন.......//

Another day passes in a short while.
Now, I am in front of a shopping mall.
In fact, I feel like a useless swab now,
No sense for this type of feeling though.

A moment ago, so many things happened,
Just like the cut pieces of a feature film,
My task was to study the activities as a spectator.
But instead of poking my nose in their affair,
I tried to behave like an ostrich and I met with success.

I received a quick message on my cell phone.
Someone wished me a day of beautiful friendship,
Not knowing that this was not the day of friendship.
I felt stimulated when someone remembered me.
Someone reminded me at least in these difficult conditions,
Smiling, I put the mobile phone in my pocket.

I turned to the yellow lights and
Hear the songs of nocturnal insects.
All the moments loaded inside the metropolis
Barely could have an impact on me,
The insane streets of the city could not touch me either,
What touched me were the lines of a forgotten tale!
