We are debtors to how we live,
According to the flesh, we die;
The lifestyle being active,
Immoral transgressions we try.

You will die for the way you live,
Of the body to death the deeds;
But through the Lord, He will forgive,
His Spirit will cleanse you where it needs.

All who are led by the Spirit,
They are considered sons of God;
So through faith and our merit,
We remain free from being flawed.

You do not receive the Spirit,
Falling back in bondage to sin;
Slavery cannot inherit,
When you are corrupted within.

But you have received the Spirit,
Adopted by Abba, Father;
And enabled to inherit,
Calling Jesus as your Brother.

The Spirit is bearing witness,
Each one is a child of God;
Faith building spiritual fitness,
Worshipping through honor and laud.

And if children that we are heirs,
As being fellow heirs with Christ;
Glorified together that shares,
Gaining from who was sacrificed.
