He who created you,
Who also redeemed;
Called on you to be true,
For being His esteemed.

He has called you by name,
You pass through the waters;
Continue to proclaim,
All you sons and daughters.

They will not overwhelm,
When you walk through fire;
With the Lord at the helm,
Blocking your desire.

The flame will not consume,
You shall never be burned;
Because of the bridegroom,
Has taught what you have learned.

For the Lord is your God,
Holy One and Savior;
As you honor and laud,
He shines on you favor.

Egypt was your ransom,
As an exchange for you;
Spiritually handsome,
Insight as to construe.

You are precious to Him,
And honored with His love;
Giving spiritual vim,
Having thoughts of above.

He gives men in return,
In exchange for your life;
An afterlife to earn,
No longer full of strife.

Fear not He is with you,
Your seed comes from the east;
From the west they pursue,
Searching for the High Priest.

From the north they give up,
As well as from the south;
For they drink from the cup,
Poison entered the mouth.
