Christ Jesus became a servant,
To the circumcised for the truth;
Confirms the promise as fervent,
To patriarchs who were uncouth.

That Gentiles glorify God,
For His mercy and praise His name;
Praising as to honor and laud,
Professing and sing to proclaim.

Rejoice along with His people,
Praise the Lord all you to extol;
Go worship inside His temple,
As you allow Christ to console.

The root of Jesse will arrive,
And He shall arise to reign;
Pagans that trust shall be alive,
Hope for salvation to attain.

May the God of Hope fill the joy,
Give you the peace in believing;
As the Holy Spirit employ,
Bound in the hope by receiving.
