It’s good to give thanks to the Lord,
Singing praises unto His name;
Declare that He’s loved and adored,
As you let the music proclaim.

Your steadfast love in the morning,
And your faithfulness through the night;
Proves how much You are adorning,
Will bring His blessings as delight.

He has made me glad by His deeds,
How great is His work with His hands;
His thoughts are deep upon my needs,
The reason why His decree stands.

The foolish man can never know,
Neither will the evildoers;
They are doomed for a trip below,
As eternal fire viewers.

The Lord is on High forever,
Where we can enter and cherish;
As my enemies will never,
For they are destined to perish.
