I consider the suffering,
This time are not worth comparing;
For the glory in buffering,
Of Christ’s compassionate sharing.

For the earnest expectation,
That all of creation awaits;
Upon the manifestation,
The opening of Heaven’s gates.

As it will reveal the sons of God,
For creation was subjected;
Unwillingly vanity laud,
That Christ Jesus has rejected.

Because of Christ, we have the hope,
That creation will be set free;
From its bondage that makes us cope.
From groans to glory we will see.

We know that the whole creation,
Has been groaning all together;
Preparing for His salvation,
Childbirth pains that gather.

And not only the creation,
Who has first fruits of the Spirit;
Accepting His invitation,
For our faith shown in merit.

We groan inwardly as we wait,
Eagerly for the adoption;
Our faith is reveals the fate,
Confessing gives us redemption.

For in the hope, we have been saved,
But hope is not hope that we see;
Confessing sin that has enslaved,
For what He sees will set us free.

We hope for what we do not see,
As we wait for it with patience;
When the Father sets His decree,
Adopted sons of acceptance.
