I lift up my soul to You Lord,
O my God, it’s in You I trust;
The One that I’ve loved and adored,
And protecting me from the lust.

Allow me not be put to shame,
Let not my foes gloat over me;
So, I continue to proclaim,
Follow You through eternity

Let none who wait want to transgress,
Trying to make You be ashamed;
Dishonor them in their trespass,
Show they are the ones to be blamed.

Make me know and show me Your ways,
Teaching me to follow Your path;
As I continue to give praise,
Please spare me avoiding Your wrath.

Lead me in Your truth and teach me,
You are the God of salvation;
For I wait all day long to see,
Since You’re the source of creation.
