God is rich in mercy and grace,
Because of a great love for us;
Always there with a sweet embrace,
He has such compassion as thus.

Even when we were dead in sin,
He had made us alive with Christ;
By grace you have been saved within,
Because what the Son sacrificed.

God raised us up to be seated,
To sit together in Heaven;
At confession when we pleaded,
Salvation that will be given.

For in the coming of the age,
God will show an exceeding wealth;
Grace in His kindness to engage,
Increasing your spiritual health.

Through faith by grace, you have been saved,
As a gift of God that’s doing;
No longer has trespass enslaved,
But in spiritual pursuing.

Not by works that someone may boast,
Rather through faith by the Lord’s grace;
As witnessed by the Holy Ghost,
In a new life and a new place.
