Prepare your mind for action,
By being sober minded;
Seen through the revelation,
That Jesus has astounded.

Conform not to the passion,
Of your former ignorance;
But obedient fashion,
Of holy deliverance.

The Lord called you as holy,
Holy in all your conduct;
In being righteous solely,
The way that Christ did instruct.

You shall be holy like Christ,
If you call God as Father;
Caused Christ to be sacrificed,
Never to be a loather.

Judgment will be impartial,
In accordance to your deeds;
That was considered crucial,
That you who righteously pleads.

The time of your exile,
That you are sojourning here;
Depends on your lifestyle,
As you worship to revere.

You were saved from corrupt ways,
To moral ways inherit;
No longer someone that strays,
But doing righteous merit.

Through the precious blood of Christ,
Like a lamb without blemish;
No longer earthly enticed,
Your spirit will not perish.

Before the start of the world,
The Word was manifested;
The plan that was unfurled,
Holy Scriptures attested.

Who through Him are believers,
And God had raised from the dead;
Gave you hope as receivers,
Through your faith glory is fed.
