Righteous are You and Your rules,
Testimonies in faithfulness;
Commandments as the judgment tools,
That gives us our righteousness.

My zeal consumes, promises tried,
Since my foes did forget Your Word;
Because they cheat and they have lied,
But I love it every time heard.

I am small and have been despised,
But not forgetting Your precepts;
Because Your wisdom has devised,
Righteousness forever concepts.

Trouble and anguish has found me,
But Your commandments a delight;
They are so true for me to see,
Exactly to do what is right.

Your Law is righteous forever,
They give understanding to live;
Everlasting that will not sever,
In my faith and hope that they give.
