Do not be ashamed to testify,
Share suffering for the Gospel;
Of God’s power never deny,
When proclaiming to the people.

He called us to a holy calling,
Not just because of our deeds;
For Jesus kept us from falling,
For His purpose, so grace succeeds.

Now manifested as through Christ,
Appearing as our Savior;
Abolished death, life is enticed,
As immortality to favor.

I’m appointed as a poet,
Proclamation as a teacher;
Not looking for any credit,
My duty as an out-reacher.

I suffer but never ashamed,
Firm in faith in what I believe;
I am committed as proclaimed,
For eternal life I receive.
