You obtained not what you did seek,
Since the rest of you have been blinded;
For the Lord considered you not meek.
Because you are narrow-minded.

God gave a spirit of slumber,
In having eyes that would not see;
And with ears that would encumber,
Unto this very day would be.

Let their table become a snare,
As a trap and a stumbling block;
For this is a time for despair,
Retribution in a deadlock.

Their eyes be darkened not to see,
As their ears are becoming deaf;
Bending their backs eternally,
Living as such until their death.
