Put on your compassionate heart,
Being one of God’s chosen one;
Simply humbled holy to impart,
Reflection of the Father’s Son.

Be patient and bowels of mercies,
In bearing with one another;
Thinking the way that Jesus sees,
Always forgiving each other.

For the Lord has forgiven you,
So, you have to also forgive;
In heart and mind remaining true,
In perfect harmony to live.

Let the peace of Christ rule your heart,
You’re called in one body indeed;
Never let His wisdom depart,
Nor allowing it to impede.

For the Word of Christ filled with wealth,
Psalms and hymns for singing with grace;
As it builds your spiritual health,
Giving you thankfulness to embrace.

Whatever you may do or say,
Do it in the name of the Lord;
Abide in God and always pray,
Never let His Word be ignored.
