Beats me why I worry so
Of the planet situation today
It does have me concentrate
On it though come what may

There are way smaller things in life
That have me stop in life to guess
Of some things that could be grand
But they are not my personal mess

However these political liers are like fires
They burn up a souls very mind
Doing best to have one pass their test
Has one wish they would rather be blind

One tries to make anothers moments
A little brighter in life so often still
Hey thats life it could relieve some strife
If ever sometimes it could be at will

But yesterday is dead and gone
Tomorrows yet still way out of sight
Life goes on as if a suggestive song
As one retires after turning out the light
