I feel as though I have opened my eyes for the first time.
The light you put off with that joyful smile is so blinding.
I have been wondering this darkness for so long on my own.
I have followed your angelic voice for so long.
Have I finally found the one to travel with me?
Are you going to walk by myside or leave me behind like the others?
I just know that every step I take brings more pain as this ice crunches under my feet.
I have followed this path of Hell for a reason.
I was told the easy path is great but never lasts.
I am looking for that one Angel to save from this Hell so it will last.
Even if you are not the one I have been searching for at least I have saved one other.
Along with your angelic voice I hear another from time to time.
Telling me I shall fail and that I should just give in and embrace the darkness.
This is one thing I can not do for I am on a mission.
I have fallen to my knees once because the ice that collected on my skin.
Made moving so unbearable I thought I was forever lost until I heard your voice.
All I wish for now is to make my way to you, but the light dims quickly.
I do not know how much longer I can keep pushing forward.
