THE ONCE CALLED HIM A DREAMER

A family of somewhat egotistical being
After all they did their very best in life
To hide what the entire town already knew
A home of could'nt live or without him strife

A father who in many eyes and mine a saint
If ever there was one that could be same
In the face of all he faced regardless
Created sunshine when his world knew rain

All of them spoiled rotten before I came along
Waiting for me all of realities reality that be
However from it all I wrote poetry and song
To explain with any sense his love deep asthe sea

Trauma unending over an entire childhood traumatic
Affects so many and rightly so its true to say
But with the dedication stamina his values I tried
To be half the man he was almost every single day

Their greed left me with one photo of my life
They all have many I've forgotten years ago
Totally no concideration for any but themselves
And so all rivers in life they all the same do flow

All any soul can ask for is peace of mind within
And of that I've so much in reality in store
I've something none of them will ever have in life
All thanks to karmers gratitude knocking at my door
