A poet is a poet
A wordologist can be one too~
A lyricist does much the same
An author as well to name a few~
A conversationalist these days a talent
As not many these days go that way~
Toastmasters as well choose their words
With things they have to say~
A politician they sure talk a lot
But say not much worthwhile~
A comedian has no end to say
To do their best to have us smile~
A news reader always looks so plastic
As they tell us about things they feel~
That we all should really ought to know
And half of that is real~
Story tellers most usually
Have a moral to their tale~
The blind as well they read so well
But usually in Braille~
School teachers they need to talk
To teach us of so many things~
Their students then interpret it all
And then the poem of life begins~
The written and the spoken word
That we all use every single day~
Regardless of the language
So precious come what may ~
