Wouldn't it be great if the Internet had an open leadership academy where anyone could get more information about how to become a better leader?

Here are 10 ideas about this:
1) We need a value's based program focused on Respect, integrity & open-mindedness.
2) The program could provide a place for aspiring leaders to meet mentors and coaches.
3) Everyone would be allowed to read the content of the site but only a select moderated few will be allowed to post content.
4) The content will be applicable to any field and will not be specialized.
5) The site's content will be place on https://github.com/ for anyone to fork making it truly open.
6) Renowned leaders will be featured on the site.
7) When the site's popularity grows, actual face-to-face academies can be help at all levels.
8) This site will give baby boomers a way to share their knowledge and experience with aspiring leaders.
9) The site could have a credentialing system or a verification system where mentors would vouch for certain aspiring leaders.
10) The open program could be loosely based off of the US Government's Center for Leadership Development.
