Deep protected feelings
Stored within our very soul~
Often steer us in wrong directions
From as far as way back in days of old~
There comes a time to open up our lives
And share the tightness there~
Give those secret feelings a little light
And a chance to breath fresh air~
Every-bodies got them , been there
But not everybody knows~
That if you do not get them out sometimes
The mind sometimes can blow~
To Find a friend that you can talk to
Someone who will listen without a half bake idea~
How to solve all your problems in seconds
Is so precious to have near~
To open up to a real friend
A soul that you can relate to~
To free that tightness deep within
Is something that we all must do~
As we aren't always the best judge
On whats maybe best for us in life~
And doing things ourselves alone
Can give so much needless strife~

Endless way over due to let go enjoy and know
But always never any need to tell a living soul~
Of what you know feel and appreciate in life
You alone to know those that need to as told~

Always openly honest with those who matter
Regardless how the many seem to always pry~
Just you and those that you yourself decide
Are responsible for that smile until the day you die~
