I am His servant who upholds,
And in whom His soul to delight;
Upon me His Spirit unfolds,
Brings forth justice giving insight.

I will lift up and cry aloud,
Making my voice heard in the street;
Proclaiming His Word to the crowd,
Upon every person I meet.

Any bruised reed I will not break,
The smoking flax shall I not quench;
Justice is brought forth for His sake,
Unto truth to kill the false stench.

I won’t fail or be admonished,
Until God casts judgment on earth;
When loathsome evil has perished,
And righteousness given new birth.

The Lord who created Heaven,
He stretched out and spread forth the earth;
To His people breath is given,
Allowing them by giving birth.

He has called you in righteousness,
His Spirit who walks in the light;
Those who are showing graciousness,
He’s willing to share His insight.

The Lord will take you by your hand,
Giving a covenant to share;
Edify what He does demand,
Being considered just and fair.

They open the eyes of the blind,
Bring prisoners from the prison;
Who will leave the darkness behind,
If repenting what they have done.
