From the day that I heard,
I have not ceased to pray;
For knowledge of the Word,
Makes me trust and obey.

For knowledge and wisdom,
Gives the understanding;
What waits in His Kingdom,
About His commanding.

I walk in a fashion,
As worthy of the Lord;
Filled with the compassion,
That cannot be ignored.

All good work bearing fruit,
Grows my knowledge of God;
Tones my spiritual root,
As I honor and laud.

It strengthens my power,
To endure my patience;
As it nears that hour,
I keep a clear conscience.

Give thanks to the Father,
To inherit the light;
With Christ our Brother,
Being blest in His sight.

He rescued from darkness,
Transferred to His Heaven;
And clothed from the starkness,
And righteously given.

For we have salvation,
As forgiveness of sin;
With a new foundation,
Eternally to begin.
