Who is wise and understanding,
By his good conduct let him show;
In the wisdom of comprehending,
For through his meekness let you know.

If you have bitter jealousy,
Selfish ambition in your heart;
Do not boast or being fussy,
Rather in truth to be impart.

It is not wisdom from above,
Rather it’s selfish desire;
Satan does not supply you love,
But demonic to acquire.

For where envious ambition,
Confusion is coming from strife;
Causing a sinful remission,
That follows you throughout your life.

Wisdom from above is first pure,
Peaceable, open to reason;
Sincerely patient to endure,
Good fruits of heavenly vision.

A harvest of a righteousness,
Being sown by those who make peace;
Treating others with graciousness,
With a wisdom that will increase.
