The Lord reigns robed in majesty,
He has put on strength as His belt;
For God is a living dynasty,
Up in Heaven where He has dwelt.

The world is established from old,
His throne has been everlasting;
His plans continue to unfold,
During our prayers and fasting.

The floods have lifted up their voice,
By which the roaring of its waves;
Dancing as if they would rejoice,
That the wind makes water its slaves.

Mightier than roaring water,
Mightier than waves of the sea;
The Lord on high is the plotter,
Whatever has been and to be.

His decrees are all trustworthy,
Holiness fits Him forever;
I am following His decree,
Guiding me through my endeavor.
