I sit here in this cold dark place not knowing which way to turn.
Can you hear my cry for help?
Can you feel my heart beating for you?
Can you feel this wetness from the melting ice on my body?
Can you smell the copper that fills the air around me?
I have been frozen in place for far to long with you on my mind.
I have to push on without you I realize that now.
I am still lost though I have no idea which way to turn.
I know I must save myself from this darkness.
However, I was putting hope in you to save us both.
However, I now see that hope was misplaced in you.
However, I know I can not blame you for your mistakes.
However, I know everything I did to you was wrong.
You in turn have done me wrong as well.
You left me here after you promised me you wouldn’t.
You lied to me about the people that made you happy.
You hid me away from your world in fear of my jealousy.
The day I lost you is the day I died in this place.
The thing that brought life back into me is the sound of your voice calling my name.
The cry for help from you once again brought me off of my knees.
The echoes of your singing has made me move once more.
