OH! My world was blue, blue without Jesus!
Why oh my Lord, why oh my Lord? Have you
hidden your face and your presence far away
from me! Am I not still your Child?

And are you not still the Lord of my Life?
I have your special assurance of my salvation!
But it does not provide me a license to continue
in my habitual sins! Gladly will I forsake them!

But will you please cast them far far far away
from me into the very bottom of the deepest blue
sea. I am miserable and drowning in a sea of self
pity! And filled with rejection instead of love!

My world was blue without Jesus! But He has placed
brand new songs inside my heart and has lifted
the chains which were one more shackling my soul!
And now I can enjoy the joy of true liberty!

The enemy of my soul is your enemy too Jesus!
He is also the nummero Ono enemy of mankind!
His wanted posted are posted in heavenly and
earthly prominent places! The defeated foe!

My world is no longer blue and no longer bleak!
You have restored my restful sleep and have
once more granted me peace of mind! And the
pleasure of your divinely wondrous company!
