Buster and Max are friends who live on Treasure Mountain. They want to make things right with the creatures in which they have hurt. This includes the Super Seekers, their families, and friends who live on the mountain. Their allies involves a police who lives in the Land of Literature, his friends and family members. 
His most trusted relative, however is his younger cousin and adoptive daughter Kookie the Dog. Even though she is staying home in order to protect society from Covid 19, he can trust her to help him from a distance and she wants to help him help those who live on Treasure Mountain. This especially includes Buster and Max, who want to help those in which they have hurt.
"No more stealing the treasure," said Buster to the Max before he changed for the better. "No more bullying the Super Seekers," Officer Dog said to Buster before he overcame his major weakness.
Buster and Max will work together with the two dogs who have made the greatest difference in their lives. Because of the virus, however, they will work from their homes via email and snail mail. They will also text and call whenever they are not behind the wheel, sleep, or otherwise busy....
