There is one thing that I really have a hard time
understanding, "God loves me just the way that I am."
It does not mean He loves all of my many habitual sins!
And it does not mean He loves my double mindedness!
He knows just how much I do struggle with my inner
Thoughts life.

But I don't have to reform myself on my own, I
Would like to become more ready to inhabit my
New heavenly home. Yes, I can and do confess my
Numerous sins! But I have deep rooted problems
Forsaking them. It also happens that turning
The other cheek is one of them.

Was I angry with my critics in the past? Yes I was!
Did they insult me? Yes they did! Did they insult
God yes they did! Was I angry this time! Not as
Much as I am been in the past! When I was younger
I used four letter words to respond to my critics!

And that includes using God's name in vain along
With the F bomb! Bad language is something I try
To avoid! Thank you Jesus Christ! God knows how
Much I struggle with unclean and impure thoughts
Not really becoming a follower of His!

"If we confess our sins He is faithful and just
to forgive us our sins." 1 John 1:9 I know that
My redeemer lives and that He loves me! And I
Love Him and want to become worthy of being his
Disciple! And so I thank my critic for reminding
Me that I have my very own poetic short comings.

I used the remarks to help me in my self examination
Of myself! And yes I fall far short! But if people
Love Jesus because of my poetry! I have accomplished
My purpose. I can do all things through Christ who
Strengths me and hold me in the palm of His Hands.

Who loves me, and leads me and guides me and lives
Right inside me! Great is His faithfulness and God
Is my Heavenly Father. Heavenly sunshine Hallelujah
Jesus is mine! I call this enthusiasm but you call
It ranting and raving! Different strokes for
Different folks. It takes all kinds of people to make
The world go round! This is my Father's world after all!
