Blessed be our God,
Father of our Lord;
Blesses us when we laud,
Who is beloved and adored.

For spiritual blessings,
In heavenly places;
In which Jesus Christ brings,
The Father’s good graces.

Even as He chose us,
Before the foundation;
Should be holy as thus,
Blameless with salvation.

He has predestined you,
For adoption as sons;
Of His will that is true,
Being the chosen ones.

Praise His glorious grace,
Beloved in the blessings;
And giving His embrace,
As what salvation brings.

For we have redemption,
For forgiveness of sin;
Riches of salvation,
For new life to begin.

Upon us He lavished,
In wisdom and insight;
As it becomes ravished,
Enticed into the light.

Unto us he made us known,
Mystery in His will;
Set forth in Christ alone,
Stimulate to instill.

For the fullness of time,
For uniting all things;
To heaven make the climb,
Of what each of us brings.

For what we inherit,
Predestined of the goal;
For both faith and merit,
Hope in Christ for your soul.
