Sinusitis - Cid J01.

In this pandemic moment
Authentic temperature changes
The continuous headache,
Sneezing and coughing,
Tiredness, but I know it's not a corona virus.
Not!
They are the famous allergic diseases: sinusitis, rhinitis, and other chronic diseases that affect me,
And they affect millions of allergy sufferers worldwide,
Running out of smell,
This is already a constant.
Unfortunately it sucks,
But this is how we survive.
The way is to have to see the doctor,
Well, you can't have a secretion.
And, in fact,
Asking God to improve,
Without having to go to the doctor,
To the AMA of the Missionary Village,
To avoid unforeseen events.
Drink lots of water,
And, thank you, because this sinusitis is a constant "friend" in my life.
And, God asked you not to make it worse,
Not to have to go to the doctor.
Have guaco and mint tea.
And do inhalation and then try and know that I will get better.

Days that were very dry, and the allergy attacked once and for all.
Today I'm a little better, thank God.
