For the promise to your offspring,
That should be the heir of the world;
To the seed through the Law to bring,
As the righteous faith is unfurled.

If the adherents of the Law,
To which are of the Law be heirs;
Faith is null when you have a flaw,
The promise is void and impairs.

Because the Law is bringing wrath,
For where no Law, no transgression;
If walking on a crooked path,
It will be causing depression.

It depends on faith as reason,
The promise is resting on grace;
After confessing what was done,
The Lord is present to embrace.

Abraham was made the father,
Just as we have many nations;
And making Christ our Brother,
Through Him gives us celebrations.

In hope he believed against hope,
As father of many nations;
Unable to see the full scope,
Of possible altercations.

The seed of His offspring shall be,
In faith he never did weaken;
Considered his body dead to plea,
As hope is a shining beacon.

Neither the deadness of the womb,
No unbelief made him waver;
The promise of after the tomb,
Life be given through a Savior.

Fully convinced God was able,
In doing what He had promised;
Righteousness is sound and stable,
As the righteous is the calmest.

Not written for his sake alone,
That was imputed to him;
For Jesus is the cornerstone,
Our Lord gives spiritual vim.

Who rescued us from trespasses,
Raised for our justification;
And erasing our offences,
If confessed gives us salvation.
