So why does God find fault?
Who can resist His will?
So, then you must exalt,
Allow God to instill.

Who are you to respond?
Clay made by the Potter;
Has made me far beyond,
Immersed in the water.

Has the Potter no right,
Forming over the clay;
Just a lump in His sight,
To honor and obey.

If the Lord wants to show,
His wrath and His power;
As to all of us know,
At a certain hour.

But the Lord has endured,
Because of much patience;
For we are reassured,
Vessels of His conscience.

You have known the story,
Vessels of His mercy;
With riches of glory,
Without controversy.

Even though He has called,
Not only of the Jews;
But those who have appalled,
The Gentiles that choose.

For of those who were not,
He will call His people;
As the beloved He sought,
To come to His temple.

And in the very place,
Where it was said to them;
He comforts with His grace,
Promised not to condemn.

They will be His children,
Sons of the living God;
Heirs along with His Son,
Whom you honor and laud.

The number of the sons,
As the sand of the sea;
The unsaved that He shuns,
Since they are not sin free.
