Nero Is Fiddling A Forgotten Tune

That black car in my parking lot is always askew.
I don't call that parallel parking it is more
like paralyzed parking. Little things they all
turn out to be either annoyances or tragedy.
Billowy clouds brown stems and blue skies.
Trivial moments and a circus. Nero is fiddling
a forgotten tune. A trash dumpster. Killing and
looting. Old men and young men. Old women
and young women. Children. Coffee coasters.
Beer mugs. No need to check the thermometer
it is almost summer time. The cow jumped over
the moon but didn't quite make it. We are not in
a war right now but there is a lot of social upheaval.
At least the flowers are blooming. Nero is fiddling
a forgotten tune.
