All this around me just seems so fake.
I have no idea where to turn to next.
I have no idea where to run to next for something real.
It just seems like everywhere I go I run into something or someone fake.
I can’t depend on nothing not even my own mind.
Even my own mind is something that drives me insane.
How does one live with such weaknesses where they can’t rely on anyone or anything?
I know this darkness all to well and I accept that I will never find my way out of it.
However I know that I still hear your voice and feel your touch.
There is nothing that I would trade for these things.
The image of your smile still burns deep within my mind.
I cannot get you out of head no matter how hard I try.
I keep hoping for you to come back to ease my troubled mind.
I see now that is not possible for any kind of reason because of where you are.
I know that you are happy with where you are.
