Educational Changes in 2020.

What to expect from a manager who has become a politician? Education critic, and says we make a lot?
I have seen throughout my 31 professional years since 1988 that there have always been changes that have ended teachers. Today so disrespected by the general public. Politicians, students, fellow managers, police officers, and others.
They forgot about the lives of teachers who gave their own for the student, as happened in Suzano. This is a fact.

The lack of respect, the right to health of education professionals, and not to mention those like me, and so many others, lost their voices within the school environment, not to mention so many other diseases that turned us into doormats, We are recognized as readeptated, we have given our lives, our experiences, our hours, in the heat or the cold, we have helped many of our students, and today, truly what we are? A nothing, a stone stuck in education? We get sick not because we want to be, it was the environment, our dedication, our abdication, we left families, to help the children of other families to read and write, and today without the 10.15% increase promised in 2018, we pass 2019, With the manager João Doria, who made us sick more and more, now, teacher is obliged to be quiet and to work much more than a politician, but I believe, that well before we already did that.
We have no air conditioning, fresh coffee, food aid of $ 3,100.00, on the contrary, teacher, can not even eat in the school unit, and many of us, we have nothing to eat. It seems that I digress about it, but it's profound, and all the other professionals need a teacher, so why are we so worthless?
I am tired, hurt, and seeing the situation, not only of the teachers, but of all the professionals, we are waiting for a miracle in several Christmases.
Today, I see the changes by area in ATPCs (Pedagogical Collective Activities), where it looks like it will be by area, already separated us when they determined years ago, elementary school 1 and 2. Now in the school itself want to separate us even more . What is this life?
I can only ask for my full retirement, and race against time, besides teaching my children, and nephews to value the teacher, be it Mathematics - Chemistry, as my case, be it History, Geography, Drawing, Physical Education .
Whatever discipline a teacher teaches, we all have the right to believe in that professional who is patiently and willingly dedicated to teaching, because as a mother I must educate.
Well, dear masters of my preschool to this day, I dedicate to you, my colleagues, and every student I have had, because I learned from each of you.
To parents, educate their children, to respect their teachers, the media that does not attack us so cowardly, the policeman, who beat a teacher with words, we will respect each other, because we are in the same boat. And, to our President Jair Bolsonaro, and our governor João Doria, remember: If today you are in this position of rulers, you have passed by the hands of great teachers. Do not destroy us with your arrogance and hypocrisy.
Let us be worthy to respect the teacher of this country, and all other professionals of Education.
