I met winter- she was so cold-
She warmed up slowly to my touch-
I don’t know- she was young or old-
In my presence- she wasn’t talking much-
I was frozen by her cold breath
And the look in her polar eyes-
She got all my covers beneath/
Trying to turn me into ice-
I was really mezmerized+
By the looks of the Winter Queen
By her beauty I was surprised-
And immediately went all in-
Summer s coming to town fast-
Life has turned quickly on a dime-
Future has mixed in to the past-
I have lost the track of the time-
I and winter have said goodbye-
I may never see her again-
Time tends very quickly to fly-
Leaving with me the taste of pain+
