The earth belongs to the Lord,
And all the fullness thereof;
Those who dwell therein adored,
As He keeps showering love.

He found it upon the seas,
Established upon the streams;
As flowing a gentle breeze,
Reflecting sun as it gleams.

From the hill who should ascend,
Who stands in His holy place;
For the Lord goes to defend,
Those who He has shed His grace.

The One who has a clean hand,
Only who has a pure heart;
The One to meet the demand,
For His Word that will impart.

Who does not lift up His soul,
To what is false with deceit;
Someone with God in control,
Would not dishonor or cheat.

He will be blessed from the Lord,
Righteousness for salvation;
He remains in one accord,
To build His new foundation.

Such is the generation,
Of all those who will seek Him;
Join in the celebration,
In a world that has gone dim.

Seek the face of our God,
Lifting up your heads O gates;
Lift up to honor and laud,
For the King of Glory waits.

Lift up everlasting doors,
Let the King of Glory in;
For He has come to these shores,
Freeing us from our sin.

Who is the King of Glory,
The Lord as mighty and strong;
You know not of the story,
So perfect will do no wrong.

For it is the Lord of host,
The King of Glory that is He;
Along with the Holy Ghost,
The Father are one in three.
