O Lord, You are my God,
And I will praise Your name,
As I honor and laud,
Continue to proclaim.

You do wonderful things,
Plans formed faithful and sure;
A new city that brings,
Salvation for a cure.

So, we will glorify,
Getting rid of the guilt;
And we will sanctify,
Causing to be rebuilt.

You have been a stronghold,
For the needy and poor;
As each day will unfold,
A shield from Satan’s roar.

A shelter from the storm,
Giving shade from the heat;
A dry place that is warm,
Able to rest my feet.

You host for us a feast,
Rich food and well-aged wine;
The goodness of fine beast,
Supplied by the Divine.

You swallow the mountain,
Spread veils over nations;
Death washed by the fountain,
For Your new creations.

Death swallowed forever,
Wiping away the tears;
Earthly things to sever,
Separating the fears.

For You are our God,
Waited for who will save;
Curing us where once flawed,
No longer sin to slave.

Your hand will rest on me,
Spreading out as I swim;
Not to drown in the sea,
To give spiritual vim.

The fortress of the wall,
You are making their doom;
Causing dust as they fall,
Bringing to my foes gloom.
