Dialogue flat
Uninspired
Going through the motions
Get back into imagination
The mind active
Firing on all cylinders
Find my center
Nothing’s impossible.

Tough to find the light
When ensconced in a deep dark hole
Constantly ruminating
How and why
You got to such an awful juncture
While forgetting that success
Like insanity is a process not an event.

Circumvent the negative vibes
Bob and weave
Some say peace of mind
Subjective
And I’m exhausted with hearing invectives
That sully the heart
Drain the soul
I’m far too old to be a rebel
Too young to pack it in
Surely dissatisfaction is a symptom
Of ill-advised thinking.
