I want to remind you,
Though you know all these things,
That all of this is true,
What goodness the Lord brings.

The Lord first saved people,
And had later destroyed;
Thought not of the Gospel,
But pleasures they enjoyed.

With chains of the darkness,
Judgment of the great day;
Angels having starkness,
And that had gone astray.

They kept not their place,
Deserted their dwelling;
Having fallen from grace,
Because of rebelling.

Sodom and Gomorrah,
And cities around them;
Had played with Pandora,
In which God did condemn.

They practiced perversions,
Did immoral sex deeds;
Lusting other persons,
Satisfy fleshy needs.

Just as the angels did,
In serving desire;
Because they had backslid,
God punished in the fire.

They suffered through vengeance,
In eternal fire;
Because of indulgence,
For what they conspire.

Dreamers likewise defile,
Reject authority;
Able to beguile,
For their iniquity.

A glorious blaspheme,
Yet archangel Michael;
Disputed the extreme,
By the leading angel.

Woefulness unto them,
For the Lord will lambast;
And surely will condemn,
In the fire to cast.
