Even though you were dead,
In transgression and sin;
Your confession have fed,
His nourishment within.

You formerly did live,
Within a worldly path;
Knowing He will forgive,
And spares you from the wrath.

According to the King,
Kingdom of the air;
As to what He will bring,
Allowing you to share.

Rulers of your spirit,
Makes disobedience;
Actions through your merit,
That God will take offense.

Among whom all of us,
Have lived out our lives;
Lustful cravings as thus,
Within the heart that thrives.

Indulging desires,
Of the flesh and the mind;
Driving that requires,
For searching till you find.

But with mercy and grace,
Because of His great love;
He will always embrace,
Forgiveness from thereof.

Even though we were dead,
Christ has made us alive;
Through His mercy instead,
Enabled to survive.

By His grace you are saved,
Unto the godly realm;
No longer sin enslaved,
With Jesus at the helm.

We are His creation,
Beforehand God had prepared;
By giving salvation,
The reward He has shared.
