Readaptation -

A medical committee is responsible for assessing the condition of a professional, in this case education.
Since 2012 I've been away from the classroom, because of functional dysphonia and aphonia, the problem is that growing old, I see that dysphonia appears out of nowhere, and it crushes my day.
And, my voice ends up being the writing, the attitudes taken, and finally, the companionship of my family and peers, that is, my professional colleagues.
I realize that in the current situation the teacher is getting sick, getting the level of stress very high, and apart from the devaluation of our lives, we are being massacred every day, and I remind everyone that everyone passes through the hand of a teacher, even politicians, so I do not believe, see what they do to us, not to mention that they think we earn much. I'm even senseless, because this week, I learned that readapted people don't have rights to salary bonuses, if we're away from the classroom, it's not because we'd like to get sick, it happened. Are we not more valuable?
Then, please, stop the world I want to go down.
In São Paulo, we have some unions that claim to fight for us, but if we don't pay, it doesn't even seem like we're from the same profession.
I'm tired of everything.
There's no appreciation, and it's not because I don't love teaching, but in classrooms today, with so much heterogeneity, few want to study, to be someone, others come to school to play, no, I won't blame their parents, but all of society, because I'm also a mother and I see that many times, my children get lazy enough to go to school.
It's time to change, and all remember that if today I'm in the condition of readapted, I try to study, keep a plausible mind, and besides everything, I'm one of the few readapted teachers that performs the ATPC, and who sees and cares not only about the salary issue, but also the issue of learning our students, the health issue of my colleagues, and not only teachers, but all of them who work in Education. The issue of our pensions not being automatic, and what kills the salaries of retirees, teachers and others who have worked in education, the salary is barely enough to buy medicines, food and others.
The question of being readapted, nowadays, is something that takes me to have time to study, to write, and to try to research what I like.
But, it afflicts me, these issues of bad valuation of all of us.
