Whether factual or rhetorical
I’m sure you’ll have a comment
Front and center
To the peanut gallery.

There’s been a declension
A sharp decline
You can mime the feelings
But can’t hide from the truth
We’re all human
You’re no better or worse
But one gets exhausted from
The supposed sacred grail
I could memorize all your complaints
And bitch sessions by rote
And I’m dismayed for I allow you
To be the point of epicenter
Guess I haven’t evolved that much
But continue to question whether
Minds are opening or slowly closing?
