Over my life lived several lifetimes
I don't carry on about a lot true
Been places done things seen heaps
Much knowledge carried life through..
Learned endless all along the way
All filed within a memory since birth
I guess today I'd like a little more
What many take for granted on earth..
But walked the line every step
Never committed crime or did wrong
Like all we all know wrong from right
Of same there's many a written song..
A follower of wisdom through my life
And yet seems so much more to do
While most content with their shadows
I was out there learning much it's true..
However I had a thirst for learning
AndI did that in life all along the way
As well none ever stop in life learning
And will not ever come what may..
Though I dare say that I did it my way
Never one to teach or preach but learn
Born somewhat a natural perfectionist
A s the candles of life all set to burn..
And now a good seventy seven years
Healthy as was long ago to this day
Sitting back somewhat listening to
Those destroying earth have their say..
