You are Merciful and this message is called Getting a Grip on the Basics.

The Getting a Grip on the Basics Course is thirteen lessons.

You have given me a Study Bible and You have given me this site to take notes on.
You have given me the New Living Translation Study Bible in order to help me to know You, Lord Jesus Christ and Holy Spirit of the Living God.
People need for the Bible to make sense to them.

To sin means to miss the bullseye.
I am bored with hearing my name called.

I need to help other people get a grip on the Basics.
The Basics are so important.

I need to get the Basics.

Because of Your grace and Your mercy, You have given me knowledge of You and Your Father.
You define eternal life in John 17, which is knowledge of You and the Father.
All of the Scriptures from Genesis to Revelations point directly to You and even the Maps point to You.
There is physical, spiritual, and the second death.
Spiritual death is separation from You, God.
Sin is missing the bullseye, or the mark.
None of us are perfect, except for You.
You have hit the bullseye.
We all need a Savior because we have all sinned and we have all fallen short of Your glory, God.
This is why You have sent Jesus Christ to die for our sins and You have redeemed us from the spiritual death, or separation from You, through Your Son, Jesus Christ.
