Fret not about evildoers,
Envy not any wrongdoers;
Begrudge not the iniquity,
That would support vulgarity.

Because they will soon fade away,
That has caused so many to stray;
But like grass they wither and die,
And we all turn to a blind eye.

Trust in the Lord always do good,
As Scripture tells you as you should;
Dwell in the land you shall be fed,
Your faithfulness will give you bread.

So, delight yourself in the Lord,
As you remain in one accord;
God gives desires of your heart,
Through the Scriptures that you impart.

Commit your ways unto the Lord,
Let not His Word to be ignored;
He will act if you put your trust,
As you get rid of any lust.

He will bring forth your righteousness,
Which is assuring blessedness;
The judgment light bright as noonday,
Guiding you to walk His pathway.

Rest and be still before the Lord,
You are assured of a reward;
Wait patiently and do not fret,
Because the Lord cancelled your debt.

Cease your anger and forsake wrath,
Remain diligent on your path;
Fret not intended from evil,
It is the work of the devil.

Evildoers shall be held back,
Because of the wisdom they lack;
You shall inherit the new earth,
After judgment and see the birth.

For the wicked will be no more,
The new earth will be for the pure;
Though you will look so carefully,
You will not be seeing his folly.

But the meek shall inherit earth,
The Lord will delight in their worth;
Enjoying of a world in peace,
While all hostilities cease.
