Pot-bellied officers who only come to crime scenes deliberately after the criminals are gone. Can't run because of laziness and "kwaraptian". Standing at road blocks to take compulsory fifty Naira (N50) bribes from commuters, and who would at times go for robbery; killers dressed in blue and black. "Oga, show me your papers" ( when the real intent is to get fifty Naira (N50). And if you do give them... - "what is this? Who asked you for papers? I need fifty Naira (N50)! - I will shoot you and frame you up on some other charges." And the Niger Sat doesn't capture their images? Very soon, they will be sacked ( in Lisbona, retirement commences at age forty (40)), their uniforms removed from them, and the very guns they use, used to shoot at their hearts while they bleed to death, because they are wizards on duty who will not change.
