I need to be selective with what I feed myself.
The ears and eyes are the gates to my soul.
I need to be extremely careful with what I take in.
Everywhere, there is information trying to influence us.
The world's entertainment can fill the mind with trash.

Very often, television glamorizes the wrong things.
It is the thought life that pollutes us.
Being selective in what we watch can reduce temptation.
We have enough to overcome that we can't get away from.
I need to be pure.
I will never be tempted beyond what I can handle.
You always provide ways of escape.

I need to be proactive, not inactive.
The news does not keep us built up.
