Justification: Taking into account the best that Brazil has to offer, which is the land itself, where one plants, we see that everything is developed. And, that unfortunately we have a great number of waste not only in free markets, but in our tables, and in food stores. But, on the other hand, in Brazil, in addition to waste, we have a large number of people, who have nothing to eat, remaining totally in misery.
Objective: To make the students of Youth and Adult Education of EE Professor Doctor Lauro Pereira Travassos aware of how much we throw away, food that can heal, our body and still nourish us and provide energy for our daily life. And, in addition, to show that the best way to prevent diseases is by feeding ourselves well.
Target Audience: EJA 2-year-olds, teachers and the entire school team.
Period: In October, together with the coordination and teachers, show the project to the students. Students should form groups to conduct research, and know what they will bring on 29/11 for the tasting. In this tasting, it will be up to the students to pay for the materials used, such as disposable materials. And the preparation of a banana peel cake, for example, or the stems that we often throw away from the carrot, and others. Oranges that are often wasted at the end of a fair can be used to make juices and cakes. Finally, the period will be October and November 2019.
Human Resources: EJA students and school staff.
Materials and costs: Students who will be assessed will have to provide involving here beyond the Disciplines of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, and we can say that it is an inter and mudisciplinary project.
Evaluation: All teachers will evaluate the form of the presentation of the tasting (Art), explanation of students, and taste. Finally, students will also have opportunities to perform through written research, a recovery in various disciplines.
