TIMLOATCIOO is the harvest of letters and mentioned about Limit, sense of Time and realm of concern with Limit and Oat…lets; go right to focus of concern, the "CIOO" part of the word. It has always made me wonder the "C" a third letter by start system Capella in it's July cradle comes to mind allowing ready for a September meeting worship time beyond. It has meaning in parting and look for the future parts beyond acting as a joint or socket. In many ways it suggest, there are two parts with some sort of connection to a More, if responsible to nature, Normal and being for understanding of what may come next, worry about beyond, depending on placement in a letter set. In a way one can see a being would be concerned for both mortal present or being having concern for understandability for they above.

So with it first and One as a gauge the "N" and basic meter being with a Mars as heaven is important, which allows a skill of basic being, needs to be of ones mental, capacity or Mind, in that Nice be of value to this Tao logic phrase. So what ever Nice be as a word or they concerned as Nice need to be of interest in education in regards to name and word basic being raised by beings of concern about the letter "C" planning for beyond or being worthy to receive and deal with advice in regards to proceeding. There were many "C" in that last phrase and all suggest respect to elders and education in that a being stay fit to definitions and worship ways in that a scholarly guide or Priest exist.

So the "I" a he would be of acceptance to the act or being as a thing person, fit to address the future or matters that hold more up too and including Time of planning. But with Limit and Oat a start for a plan of the ends or concerns finding range or limit of purpose. The word Nice with "E" at end and what is suggested of purpose or skill to contend with an event subject or act with a desirable end three "L" fit together a hundred fifty years of observance. This fellow has a Limit with the word Nice and Name for issues with a just resolve, that keep the "E" Bound and is Fair to the letter "F" of the Lord's concern. All of which suggest a Priestly being schooled and studied to deal with aspects of mankind's being should be an interest of this being "I" for abilities that prove one is a Thinking, Nice being, proper to Tao intent of understanding and it's advice of harvested fruit that the Nice remain viable in being as advisers or overseers of the Tribe of Noah for Plan's sake. To Achieve Forman skill level in management and planning, for the Noah tribe is suggested.
